I could not be more impressed with KC Tile Restoration. Initially someone answered my call promptly and scheduled a free quote including measurement for square footage. My project included about 500 ft.² of quarry tile which has been in my house for 68 years. It desperately needed TLC! KC Tile Restoration sent a professional crew of four men led by Miguel-- highly skilled, on-time, professional. They cleaned and polished the tile, added a new grout color with built-in sealant and then covered with five layers of high gloss glaze. It is gorgeous and I am delighted with the whole experience! Their price was the best price, and they suggested restoration of kitchen, front bath and laundry room tiles as well for a reasonable additional fee! I used a white grout on the quarry tile and laundry room area and a kaki tile in the kitchen. Everything looks brand new, crisp and clean! Emilio provided the quote and the follow up to see if I was satisfied with the outcome. Pictures say it all, so I will share some! Highly recommend, job was completed in a single day less than a week from request time.... all systems go for 5 stars all the way!!

I have to say KC Tile did an amazing job! The grouts and tiles look eve much better than the tiles were just put in six years ago! KC Tile was first recommended to me by a friend who asked the maintance in his building for grout cleaning. I called KC Tile last year but decided to give up after speaking to them. However, this year I decided to try again as I have read all the reviews. This time I was put into contact with Emilio, the consultant, right away. Emilio was super responsive and detail oriented. He explained to me over the phone and came to the apartment to do the measurement, and provided me several options for the cleaning and the choices of grout color. He also followed up with me in a way that I didnt feel being pushed but felt he was being professional and responsible. The office is very efficient in providing all the papers that my property management office need and confirm with me two days before the scheduled cleaning. On the day of my appointment, Sergio, the lead leader, arrived with his fellow workers, Endel, Yuviny, right on time. Sergio was very detail oriented and super polite. He doubled checked with me about the areas to be cleaned., He and his team helped me choosing the right grout color. In a coupe of hours, when they finished the work. All the furnitures were put back the right place and took care the apartment like their own. Sergio explained to me how to care for the tiles and when I asked if they had some regular maintance service, he said for my place I only need a once per year as a regular service. Again he didnt try to push to sell anything. I have to say I am really really happy with the floor. I just love the work they have done! And definitely I would recommend KC Tile!

We have honed porcelain tile which I would never buy again! It was poorly installed and when we moved in (new construction) it was covered with ground in grout haze, dirt, footprints, etc. We’ve tried various cleanings over the 4+ years we’ve been here with unsatisfactory results. KC got the job done! I can’t believe how clean the floor is and how much better it looks. Now if we could only keep it this way! Very impressed with the guys who did the work and the supervisor who came to check on the job. A word to the wise - forget the other people who claim to be able to do the job. Pay the money, use KC and you will save in the long run. I wish we’d found them years ago!

It’s been 4 months since KC Tile Restoration cleaned and sealed my floor and they did an amazing job. The floor looks as cleaned as when they first did the restoration. We get a lot of compliments and every one that visits asked if we install new tiles. The workers were very careful moving the furniture around and were not happy until we were happy. Even the supervisor came to double check the work. My wife is very happy. As the saying goes, happy wife, happy life.

This is the 2nd time I have used KC Tile to seal my grout. In my first home the seal lasted over 10 years! I just moved, and immediately called them. Once again, the grout looks perfect as they did a wonderful job! The maintenance is so easy! I highly recommend them, and I know it will look exactly the same for many years to come!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with KC Tile Restoration. They were extremely professional and responsive and I am simply over-the-top thrilled with the results. After my initial call, they had Dilver, the salesperson come to my house. He spent time reviewing my needs and providing my options. And, talk about an honest company - he even told me that I did not need a service which would have been more expensive and, instead, advised me of the less costly item which I did need. Next, I had my service date set and signed everything electronically. The day of my service, the technicians, Joshua and Roberto, arrived promptly and were outstanding in their service. They provided several color samples to ensure that we got the best match for the grout sealant and paint for the tile. They were super careful with moving furniture around so they could do the job and after the initial application, had me look at the work in progress. I was even surprised that the company had a supervisor come by during the job to check on how things were going. I am posting photos - yes, these are real photos (1 "before" and 4 "after") - and would let anyone know if they are on the fence that they should not hesitate to use this outstanding business!

This is my go to company for all my tile needs. I just remodeled one of my bathrooms and I immediately called to get the complete bathroom including floors and walls to the ceiling in tile sealed and stained before using. Otherwise it would be stained just by virtue of the hard water in Florida. Job done and I have confidence to enjoy company when they visit my all white on white bathroom being all white for years to come. Thank you KC Restoration
